Amuse Bouche

 

Cucumber Ahi Tuna Bites

Thinly sliced cucumbers topped with seared sesame encrusted ahi Tuna cooked rare with pineapple salsa, a sweet soy drizzle and spicy aioli drizzle. Served with seaweed salad and pickled ginger

First Course

Lobster Bisque

With chunks of lobster

Devils On Horseback

Fresh dates stuffed with feta cheese and wrapped with smoked applewood bacon and topped with a balsamic drizzle and fresh mint

 

Shrimp Gamba al Ajillo

Large shrimp sautéed with garlic, shallots, tomatoes and parsley in a sherry butter sauce.

Served on a toasted French baguette

Slow Roasted Prime Rib

Choice prime rib rubbed in our popular fresh seasoning blend, then slow roasted. Served with garlic roasted fingerling potatoes, grilled broccolini and au jus

 

Salmon Wellington

Fresh salmon wrapped in a puff pastry with spinach, mushrooms and a lemon dill aioli served with garlic roasted fingerling potatoes

 

Surf & Turf

Lobster tail stuffed with seafood stuffing and beef filet medallions grilled to your liking. Served with au gratin potatoes, grilled asparagus and béarnaise sauce

Creamy Tuscan Mushroom and Scallops

Fresh day boat scallops pan seared with baby spinach, sun dried tomatoes, assorted wild mushrooms, shallots and garlic in a creamy parmesan sauce. Served over porcini mushroom truffle ravioli

Eggplant Parmesan Stacker

Fresh eggplant breaded and flash fried, stacked with ricotta cheese, red roasted peppers, broccoli and spinach. Topped with house made marinara and fresh mozzarella
